Who is responsible
Sai Parivar LLC, doing business as Sai Studios, is responsible for the studio contact record. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@saistudios.io.
What the form collects
The form collects your email address, the product or studio context, the reason for your inquiry, and your confirmation that we may reply. Your name and message are optional.
It also records the source page, referral URL, and any standard UTM campaign fields present in the link. The lead record does not store your raw IP address, user-agent string, child data, app content, credentials, or files.
A short, one-way network hash may be held temporarily in server memory to limit repeated spam submissions. It is not written to the lead record.
Why we use it
We use the information only to route and reply to the inquiry, understand which product prompted it, and decide whether a follow-up, test, pilot, or partnership makes sense. Submitting the form does not join a newsletter.
Where it goes
Vercel hosts the server-side form handler. A successfully accepted inquiry is stored in a private Airtable Lead Inbox inside Sai Growth OS, our internal operating record. The private Growth Command Center is never exposed to public visitors.
We do not sell this information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers needed to host the site and store the private inquiry record, or when required by law.
Children and sensitive information
The studio form is for adults contacting Sai Studios. Do not submit information about a child, health details, family records, passwords, API keys, payment details, or confidential app content. If sensitive information arrives accidentally, contact us so we can remove it.
Retention and your choices
We remove obvious spam promptly. Our policy is to delete an inquiry within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an active working relationship or legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@saistudios.io. Include the email address used in the form and, if available, the lead reference shown after submission.
