babyplan Privacy Policy

• No ads. No selling your data. Ever.
• You sign in anonymously - we do not require your name, email, or phone number.
• We only collect what’s needed to create your child’s daily plan.
• You can delete your data at any time (see “Your choices”).

You provide:

• Your child’s first name (or nickname) and date of birth (used to calculate age).
• Optional observations you choose to write about your child.
• Which activities you mark completed, optional fit feedback on activities, and any monthly recap / reflections generated for you.
• An optional referral code if you enter one.
• If you choose Report generated content, the generated text you flag and where it appeared, so we can review it for safety.
• If you subscribe, your subscription status (active / trial / expired) - used only to unlock Premium features. We never receive or store your payment card details (see “Payments”).

The app also stores, on your device, your settings (language, reminder preference) and a local activity streak.

We do not collect contact information, precise location, photos, contacts, or device advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

• To generate your child’s personalized daily activities, bedtime story, milestone reassurance, monthly recap, and other content, tailored to your child’s age and the observations you provide.
• To remember your plans and preferences across days and devices tied to your anonymous account.
• To send the optional local reminder you turn on (scheduled on your device; no marketing messages).
• To review content you report as offensive or unsafe and improve our safety filters.

• Supabase (our backend/database host) stores your account data. Access is restricted by row-level security so an account can only read its own data. Data is encrypted in transit.
• Anthropic (Claude API) processes your child’s name, age, and observations to generate the personalized text. This data is sent only to create your content. Per Anthropic’s commercial API terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.

We use these providers to operate the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

babyplan is intended for parents and caregivers(adults), not for use by children. The information about a child is entered by the adult using the app. We collect the minimum needed and never build advertising profiles. If you believe a child has used the app directly or you wish to remove a child’s information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you subscribe to babyplan Premium, the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a confirmation that your subscription is active; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Delete your data: use Settings → Delete all data in the app, or use our data-deletion page. This permanently erases the anonymous account and all associated profiles, plans, observations, reports, quotes, letters, recaps, and share links from our servers, then clears local app data. It cannot be undone.

We retain data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
