Delete your babyplan data
You can request deletion of the data tied to your babyplan account at any time. We will permanently remove everything tied to your account - no questions, no friction.
Delete directly in babyplan
Open Settings, tap Delete all data, and confirm. This immediately deletes your anonymous account and its server data, then clears the app on that device. This cannot be undone.
Need help? Request deletion by email
Opens your email app with the subject and a prompt for your child’s first name pre-filled. Send it and we’ll take it from there.

What to include
- Put “Delete my babyplan data” in the subject (pre-filled if you use the button above).
- If you can, include the child’s first name you used so we can find the account fast.
We complete deletions within 30 days, usually sooner.
Data stored only on your device
Deleting the babyplan app from your phone removes the data kept locally on that device - your settings, reminder time, and local activity streak.
What we delete from our servers
When we process your request, we permanently remove:
- Your child's profile (first name, date of birth, notes)
- All daily plans and activities
- Saved observations and captured moments
- Generated recaps and reassurance
- Generated content you reported for safety review
- Your activity feedback
- Your subscription record
- Public share links you created
